Paula Stout

My association with Paula Stout at Suncoast began in 2020. I've been her client ever since. In the beginning she was my agent for multi-month winter rentals. I have written reviews about her "always being there" if there were a problem during our a rental. Thing is: There never were problems; her properties are first class. Enough about rentals. On to my search to buy a condo. During the years of rentals with Suncoast and Paula Stout, I was, here and there, asking her to show me condos for sale. I was asking this during our rental time every winter season. She would always agree to show me properties. This went on for five (5) years. She never said no, always checked out listings, showed us the properties, etc. I wondered, though, if she thought: this client will never buy anything! Seems she did not care; she always gave us her full attention. After our winter rental season, in spring, she would also show my daughter in Florida available properties, long-distance to me, if I asked her to look at something. She never balked at anything we asked. Fast Forward. Months into this year, Paula Stout was, again here and there, helping us check out condos, as we asked. Then my--just 2 months ago-- family emergency happened. I needed in Florida a condo now, right now, with individual, particular, special accommodations. And not my usual search of our "utopian" retirement. She came through, found a place right away for us now. I've settled already. We will again call upon Suncoast when we ask for that "utopia" and I'm sure she will find that too.
