I was an inexperienced and needy buyer, which is the worst kind for an agent. Paula was there by my side every step of the way and never treated me poorly for not knowing the home sale process. However, when it comes to negotiating, Paula is a tiger. Paula did such a good job buying my house that I had her help me sell the house. I interviewed other seller agents but ended up going with Paula again, because she's just that awesome. She's a regular at church related assemblies so you know she's not nefarious at heart. Paula is incredible. She sold us our home in 2016 without us being able to see it in person. Friends of ours thankfully recommended her. In 2019 we were looking to move after retiring from the military. We asked her if she would recommend selling or renting it out. After asking what our goals were, she recommended we rent it out. I was so impressed with her honesty; she knew we would have used her as the realtor, yet she recommended what was best for us instead. We eventually decided to sell in 2021. As expected, she was amazing from start to finish. She is a true professional in every respect, efficient and responsive. She has unquestionable integrity; I cannot recommend her enough.

Fabolous, Paula was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the housing market, local schools, setting up amenities, and even grocery stores to shop at.
