I was looking for my Perfect Retirement Home and first contacted Paula a while back just asking for advice and market information. She provided a great rundown which really showed me her knowledge of the area real estate market and as a realtor. When I found the perfect home she was quick to respond and suggest an offer strategy. It was a seller's market and because of her advice our offer was the one accepted out of many and the dollar amount was not necessarily the bottom line reason ours was the offer accepted. After that she and her team guided us the purchase, inspections, mortgage of the home which we could not have done with her due to we were residing in another state when we bought our house. After the purchase and move in she kept in contact with us to see how our move in was going and if she could help in any way. I would recommend Paula to anyone without hesitation. From the 1st day I called her from Zillow listing. She was very quick and knowledgeable about real estate. Which I have to have. I don’t like agents that take time to get back with you. It shows they are either to busy for you or don’t know the information. Not with her, she was quick and texted or emailed right away.

Paula was recommended to me from a friends realtor within the same company, eXp. At first, everything was great and Paula was very helpful, sending my husband and I different emails with informational education on the home buying process. This was our first time buying a home. We are a military family and we were buying in Florida all the way from Hawaii, sight “unseen”, relying on Paula’s help and trust to video the homes we were interested in. She did well taking videos. She did well answering all of our questions. Once we closed on our house, we felt completely cut off by Paula. We have never met her in person and I thought for sure there would be some effort in wanting to meet us on her end and there was none. I reached out to her to let her know we made it to Florida and were in the home and the conversation was short. A couple days later we expressed that we had some difficulties with our keys and almost getting locked out of the house so we wouldn’t be able to make a customer appreciation event she was holding, there was nothing on her end short of “I understand”. I feel like there should have been better customer service on Paula’s end after closing and after we arrived to see the house for the first time. As a military family and first time home buyers, I DO NOT recommend Paula unfortunately.
