Paula is THE best real estate agent I've worked with in 6 military moves during the last 20 years. I used her to sell my house in SW Colorado Springs during the summer of 2017. I was originally concerned that she might be more of a buyer's agent than a seller's agent, but her performance quickly negated any concerns I had. She's a great communicator and kept me informed throughout the process. She's proactive and really excels at following up on open items without being a pain about it (a key quality for the customer moving - when there's a lot going on, you don't want to miss something, but you also don't want to be bugged about it constantly.) She's a problem solver - when there were issues with the appraisal, she handled it, even though it actually wasn't her job. She knows the market well and made the whole process a breeze.
