Paula was the absolute best. We relocated to Colorado Springs from Phoenix due to a promotion. The realtor we had in Phoenix was mediocre at best. Didn't keep us informed or handle any issue which he was supposed to due to our being out of state. Getting a hold of him was difficult as well especially during the closing process. Paula was the complete antithesis of that. She was responsive, communicative, and very understanding of the situation.
