Paula Martinez is a native of Santa Maria and has been a Realtor since 2005. Paula has attended local schools and has watched the development of the Central Coast. Starting her career in 2003, Paula made a decision to embark on the mortgage lending industry as a Loan Processor. In 2005, she continued her education and became licensed with the Department of Real Estate and a member of the local Santa Maria Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Paula continues to further her education in real estate, Completing courses in Business Law, Ethics and Short sale transactions. In 2011, Paula became a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. In 2012 Paula was named as the Santa Maria Association of Realtors “Realtor of the Year” and served as SMAOR 2015 President and as a California Association of Realtors State Director through 2016. Paula’s extensive knowledge in Real Estate transactions and market conditions, allows her to provide the up-most care to her clients in ensuring they not only have the best financing, but the best honest & fair service available.
