Very helpful and understanding of our needs in a home. Had great knowledge of the area and how hot the market was (Estimated how fast our home would sell and for what price, offer in hand within a week and above asking). He was not pushy by any means and had patience when we were looking for a forever home (seen 10+ homes excluding open houses in the span of 3 months). Quick responses and very helpful in any areas of confusion we had.

Paul was very knowledgeable on all subjects relating to the sale of my house. He was responsive, courteous, and worked hard to get me the best deal. Highly recommended!!!

Paul came highly recommended due to his expertise and grasp of the real estate market in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. The property that we were looking for was very unique and in very low supply. Regardless Paul did an excellent job in sending me any option that fulfilled our requirements as soon as it was available. For the homes that came on the market that we were interested in, he was very prompt to set up showings and made himself available so that we could get into places very fast and not miss any opportunities. Throughout the months of working with him, we were able to get into every house that wanted to look at early enough that we were always given a reasonable amount of time to consider an offer. Once we did find a house he was very diligent and informed on the buying process. He was always my go-to for anything that I needed guidance on. As good as he was initially, the part of the process that Paul really shined was after we had an accepted offer on our home. The property that we eventually ended up choosing to purchase was a foreclosure and it was owned by a bank that was extremely difficult to deal with. Paul was constantly involved in all of the communications making things align. I really don't think we would have ever gotten the home if it wasn't for the work that he put in to make ends meet. In the end he was involved with us even beyond the purchase of our home helping us to finalize things with the selling bank, and offering advice throughout. Throughout the process (and beyond) he has been very responsive and attentive even when he was on vacation. I highly recommend Paul for any home purchase in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Paul was very good with helping us evaluate properties we were interested in, and helping us with the purchase of our desired home. We purchased a home on short sale. Paul had working knowledge of the process. I don't think he specialized in short sales or foreclosures, but he was willing to research specifics and help guide us through the process.

Never made us feel pressured or nervous about our first time home buy. Walked us through all the steps from boosting our credit score, types of home loans, inspections. Paul was very responsive and seemed to be working any time of the day or night to make our purchase work. We would highly recommend him to anyone from first time buyer and sellers and anyone else looking for a realtor.
