We were very lucky to have picked Paul and Pat to list our house with, guided us through the maze of paperwork, laws, rules, etc in a manner that we could easily understand, no easy feat for someone who has not bought a house in 29 years! Paul and Pat showed us many houses before we decided on the home we presently live in, and were very patient during this process. Coordinating the closing of escrows with the people buying our house, the house we were sellingnew home we purchased was probably the most impressive thing thraey did for us. We have friends whose realtors did not follow up with the other realtors involved in their transactions and there experience was far from pleasant. We highly recommend Paul and Pat our friends and neighbors who require a realtor and look forward to seeing them as friends.
