Paul helped the reviewer sell this property

Outstanding

Paul Oelrich is a very knowledgeable and responsive professional. It is obvious why he has earned many awards. He freely and patiently worked with my children who do not live nearby. As he answered their many questions, they became confident that not only was he well qualified and had my best interests at heart but that he was not only selling houses but a high priority for him was personally helping people. He guided me through the HOA regulations and procured competent repair people which was above and beyond what one would expect of a realtor. I highly recommend Paul Oelrich as a caring person and exceptional realtor.
