In my first encounter with Paul you can tell he really cares about his clients wants, needs and wishes. He knew what my vision was for my family and was able to make it happen without hesitation or 2nd thought. Having had worked with Paul on a few occasions when looking to rent and purchase property. He was and is a calming force in what could be such a tense and stressful situation. He is extremely knowledgable about the market/inventory, always asked for my (buyer) input/thoughts. He respected any decision made as well as offered his professional guidance. I appreciated his honesty, integrity, reliability, and knew with these traits I could trust him.
