We were not your typical home buyers. My wife and I were planning a move from a 3-year sojourn living as ex-pats living in Antigua, Guatemala to a lakeside home near Tyler, Texas. We made one trip from Guatemala to Tyler to gain a sense of what was available and Paul showed us a few properties. We ended up making an offer on one property that was contingent upon the engineering inspection results and went back to Guatemala. Full service Paul arranged everything and a reputable inspection company found problems with the foundation (thank goodness!) and we withdrew our offer. Paul sent a list of Keller Williams listings for us to review and we settled on one that looked perfect. Not only did the KW listing provide excellent photos and information, but Paul personally recorded us a video tour of the home and lot. We were so impressed that we made an offer sight unseen, and Paul again arranged for an inspection and lot survey. We ended up walking through the property the day before we conducted the most efficient closing we've ever experienced. We are thrilled with our forever home and Paul Montandon gets the credit for making this "remote control" purchase as stress free as it could possibly be !......................Les & Andrea Heard
