The listing agent who worked with Paul on the property was also professional and courteous and provided Paul and us with all the information we needed at the time of the showing of the property. Even though the property manager was unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and repeatedly berated not only us, but to our corporate insurance agent carrier as well, Paul showed professionalism in dealing with her. Paul kept in constant contact and answered our questions promptly. But for the difficulties and unprofessionalism we received from the property manager, this experience would have been enjoyable.
