This my second purchase and sale over the last few years with Paul. I'm 84 years old and probably need a little hand holding with all the documents from time to time. Paul is great. Initially I had concerns about the process of purchasing in Las Vegas. I live in New York and had to travel across country to look at places I was interested in purchasing. I also had a limited ability to drive the administrative process as I did not really understand the Nevada market. I had many concerns that this was going to create challenges in my purchasing the condo that I wanted and that it would be a slow and difficult process. When I met Paul for the first time, he quickly changed my perception. He was very organized in his process to look at locations, and created a targeted list for me to see. He was also diligent, and made sure that he received as many permissions as possible from tenants to allow me to see a broad array of different locations. Paul quickly had me zoned into the building I wanted to purchase in, and showed me a condo I quickly knew I wanted to purchase. Once I decided to purchase, it felt like the whole transaction was on autopilot. Paul did all of the administration necessary for me to close. He coordinated with the sellers and their agent to document changes to the contract, coordinated with the title company and the bank around funding, and even helped me answer numerous questions around the Nevada market. We went from contract to close in roughly 30 days. I have purchased number of homes in the past and have worked with several different brokers. My experience with Paul was the best, and I certainly would recommend him to colleagues who are interested in the market.

Paul Was exceptional, courteous, professional, and knowledge. Paul went above and beyond in not only finding us the right property, but in dealing with a property manager from hell. The listing agent who worked with Paul on the property was also professional and courteous and provided Paul and us with all the information we needed at the time of the showing of the property. Even though the property manager was unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and repeatedly berated not only us, but to our corporate insurance agent carrier as well, Paul showed professionalism in dealing with her. Paul kept in constant contact and answered our questions promptly. But for the difficulties and unprofessionalism we received from the property manager, this experience would have been enjoyable. I would recommend Paul to anyone who is asking for a good agent. Your company is lucky to have him.
