Paul helped sell our home very quickly and smoothly! He communicated a clear plan from the beginning, and was very honest and timely in his responses and guidance. He even helped shovel our snow on our deck/patio (after the icy snow storm of Jan 2026!) We wanted a last minute change before the house went on market, and he accommodated right away. He makes you feel heard, but also gives genuine advice. He is professional, prompt, kind, very hard working (he was working on contracts during his vacation!).
