I can not say enough about Paul Heller. He's the best!!

Mr. Heller followed through keeping me posted with any updates on the property through emails and phone calls and text messages this was important to me as I am in California and the property is in Florida and I was unable to be physically present. I felt that he went over and above as far as trying to sell my property. What impressed me was that this was really not a very large sale but he treated me as if I would assume he treats people with much larger sales. It was not expecting that level of attention for such a small property but appreciated it Mr. Heller was highly recommended by our attorney and we went with that referral because we very much valued our attorney and his opinion. He said Berkshire Hathaway was one of the best companies to work with Mr. Heller was always accessible and generally return my phone calls very promptly. He also responded to my text messages in a very timely fashion which I very much appreciate it Your company came very highly recommended to me from attorney Randall Leshin. Who currently operates in Fort Lauderdale Florida. We went with his recommendation as he had handled the acquisition of this property through probate after my father's death

Amazing...patient, hard worker, perseverance, follow through, sense of humor and knows the procedures to the letter. (Better than my attorney.) Does not waste time as he does his homework and shows what is relevant. So rare. I have bought and sold many properties by far the best agent, the others are not in his category. And lastly, to me probably the most important creative at all selling levels. Tried to find a negative to make this credible, couldn't find, well yes, got a negative he is a Heat fan.
