Paul was nothing short of amazing. I was selling my rental property. Tenant left it a mess, Paul was able to recommend a clean~out company for a reasonable price. I have a variable schedule, and he was more than accommodating. He sold it for above the listing price in less than a week. Easy and painless and very professional.
