He presented me with comparison listings and we arrived at a potential selling price that met my expectations. The selling contract and accompanying documents were easy to understand and straight forward, signing and approving was easy with online signing. It was very fast and easy, I didn't have to leave my home. Paul took care of getting great pictures and writing a description of my property. The first day of listing, we had three offers.
