Paul was just incredible. First, he helped me to carry out the repairs to the house. He found the vendors, organized best prices and supervised the work. He did a lot of work himself, e.g., taking out trash, painting steps, replacing bulbs, etc. And then he got me a great sale price. He was very diligent about communicating to me the progress of the work being done and any problems that arose. Everything went smoothly under his supervision. I cannot ever repay him for all that he did for me. I could not have done this without him.
