My experience working with Paul was exceptional. He went above and beyond getting me into a house. He was very quick getting back to me, provided frequent updates, was able to answer, or to get an answer, to all my questions and took the time to ensure I understood the answers, and was VERY patient with me while I was still in the early stages of looking. He provided by far the best house buying experience I’ve had, and is an absolutely outstanding realtor to work with.

Had had a number of transactions with Paul. As always, he did a fantastic job for us.

As a first time home buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better agent! Buying a home can be very scary, but Paul Greenholt made me feel comfortable and confident that I could find the right house. He is very professional and knowledgeable and will guide you step-by-step through the entire process to help you make the right decision. He answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. When it comes time to sell he’s the agent I’m going to. Thank you for helping me become a home owner!

Paul is wonderful to work with! He is very known and communicated with us every step of the way! We enjoyed working with him on buying and selling our homes.

I had an excellent experience buying and selling my houses. Thank you for a job well done!!!!

We recently used Paul as our realtor to sell our home. I've known Paul for many years and knew he would be the right choice. He was always responsive to any question we had, handled every detail professionally and in a timely manner as well as was so pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. He and his associate, Nadiene, also staged our home to perfection. Don't hesitate to use Paul as I can state with confidence there is no one better.

My experience with Paul as a realtor couldn't have been better!!!!! He's very knowledgeable and anticipates the needs of his clients. I'd rate his service as excellent.

Excellent service and market insight!

3rd Transaction with Paul in 14 months. Will do my next with him as well.

After Paul helped my daughter find a new home, and then helped me find a new home as well, he's practically a member of the family. Working with Paul was a wonderful experience. He is very knowledgeable, he supports you all along the journey, listens well, takes all the time you need to make decisions and is never too busy for you. You feel like you might be his only customer, which of course is not the case, but that is due to his attention and individualized care for each client. I strongly encourage anyone to work with Paul. Great (and successful!) experience.

Our experience working with Paul was excellent. He was very accommodating and responsive to our needs, which were very specific. He was kind, patient and always professional. We would definitely refer Paul to anyone in need of a good Realtor.

Paul was outstanding in everything he did as our real estate agent. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate.
