An absolute pleasure to work with! Not only was Paul extremely knowledgeable about the homes my wife and I wanted to see, but he is a sincere, down-to-earth human being. This was crucial for us especially as first-time home buyers as most of the realtors we have dealt with in the last two years were clearly in it to make their sale and not much else. Paul, on the other hand, genuinely cared about our likes, dislikes, needs and wants, and everything in between when it came to ensuring we were getting the dream home that we wanted. Between arranging times to see homes that worked for us, Paul was available to set up viewings for us last minute which we were especially thankful for since we were driving three hours from the Hudson Valley New York area. Between early morning viewing on a Saturday going well into the late evening, we did not ever feel rushed or forced to make any decisions we didn't feel comfortable with. Apart from diligently doing his homework on the places we wanted to see, Paul also gave us plenty of insight about things we would have never thought about. From major things like keeping an eye out for cracks in the concrete foundation in the basement, to minor things like getting the right type of inspections done to ensure we don't have to deal with wood-damaging pests, Paul was on top of it all in all aspects. We can keep going with this review but it's best for you to experience it for yourselves. As a matter of fact we enjoyed working with Paul so much that we have already handed a family member Paul's card to help with their future home purchase! We will absolutely be working with Paul in the future. Paul did an amazing job in selling our house. He took the time to learn everything we wanted him to know, visited numerous times and has been always available. Tireless, he organised three open houses and got about forty showings of the house, all in the course of less than three weeks. He was a valuable resource in sizing up the market, get the info out over many channels and evaluating offers. His advice on necessary or possible improvement was always given in a relaxed mood during this stressful process, projecting confidence and optimism but no pressure.
