After 40 years in my home, it was a tremendous help to have Paul's guidance and attention to detail throughout the process of preparing my home for sale, holding the Open House and the transactional steps. Paul provided documentation for his recommendation on pricing my home. He did an outstanding job of staging my partially empty home after my move using some of my residual furniture plus providing additional items of furniture and decorative items to give my home a spacious lived in look that appealed to buyers.
