At first we wanted to try and list our home FSBO, just to see what would happen - totally out of my comfort zone, but heck, it’s a seller’s market, right? . Paul saw this listing and promptly (but kindly) messaged us and agreed that this decision could very well be a lucrative one, and assured us that he supported us in our decision, but would love to share more details about our property in the event we changed our minds.
