My realtor was Paul Furber. I was selling the house from a different state and he made everything far more fluid than I expected. He solely worked to research, quote, and schedule any contractors needed to fix items before closing and kept in touch every step of the way. Gave great advice, was always available, very communicative, and really handled everything for me on the selling side. He was essentially the ideal realtor for my situation where I was closing from another state and it reduced a lot of stress and workload I expected while also moving.
