We had the listing agent interview process through the relocation company. Paul came to our house for interview and took the measurements himself in each room. This set him part from other agents who came to see the house then suggested a listing price point that they believed will likely make the sell but was below our expectation. Since we listed our house at the end of fall, Paul worked within his network to set up the viewings with potential buyers. During the contracting process, Paul addressed our inquires promptly and helped connect with GC to ensure the repair work was performed in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great experience with Paul as our listing agent. Will definitely recommend him.
