Paul Frakes did an outstanding job of selling my old residence in Aurora and help with finding our new home in Naperville. We are extremely happy with both the transactions. Especially, with our old house which required some repairs and updates, he was very thorough in going thru every detail. He helped in negotiating with contractors and coordinated the work as well.
