Paul Frakes did an outstanding job of selling my old residence in Aurora and help with finding our new home in Naperville. We are extremely happy with both the transactions. Especially, with our old house which required some repairs and updates, he was very thorough in going thru every detail. He helped in negotiating with contractors and coordinated the work as well. He did not mind to respond to our several questions even on weekends and late hours. I would very highly recommend Paul to anyone. He is extremely knowledgeable of the market and he is very friendly and a thorough negotiator. He researches the market thoroughly and presents all the facts and figures carefully so that the buyer can make a correct and rational judgement in a competitive market environment.

My wife and I have worked with Paul 2 different times and his service has been outstanding. He has helped us buy and sell, and so far we do not have a single complaint. We are certain that if we need to buy and/or sell again in the future we will be calling him.

We initially worked with Paul on the sale of our townhome and during the construction of our first single-family home in 2009. Nowadays, we are all accustomed to quick response times, even during off business hours. We had often felt like we were Paul’s only clients (which we know is not the case), but this speaks to his first-rate customer service he provided us. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and suburbs which has always been helpful and he will always provide additional facts and information to help supplement what we know or have researched online. We often looked to Paul to advise us on various aspects of the home buying, building, and selling process. He does a great job of providing pros and cons and consistently gives sound and valuable advice. Most importantly, Paul is an all-around great guy to work with. He is always prepared and mindful of his clients’ needs. This year will mark the second time we have relied on him to help us find our new home.
