We decided that 2016 was the year that we wanted to purchase our first home. We have known Paul for quite some time but on a more personal basis and he was our first choice. Sometimes working in a professional setting with a friend can bring up issues but we honestly feel like we were treated with respect. Paul went above and beyond, he met us at our convenience (sometimes after hours), he showed us many homes, helped us write 6 offers and helped us get back up and search again, after we were beat by cash offers. He really searched the market to help us find our perfect home, he did research on the home prior to us viewing each home and he presented our offers in person. I don't think we would be in the home we are now, had we not chosen Paul Champlin. Professional, patient and friendly are only a few words that describe Paul as a realtor. I don't feel as though his commission is enough for how excellent of a job he does, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
