USAA put me in contact with two agents and after speaking with them both, Paul seemed to understand our needs related to being out of the area and our time frame. He expressed a willingness to 'meet us where we were at' and work with our restrictions.

My husband and I were busy at work during most of the process and Paul was present in all the inspection and kept us up to date with everything.
