Paul was available to answer ANY of our questions ANY time we needed him. We would call Paul as our questions arose; even if he wasn't immediately available, he would give us a call back that very day having already heard our voicemail with questions, and he would have all our answers. We are first time homebuyers. Paul walked us through our initial paperwork page by page and line by line. When we submitted an offer on our first house, he did the same, he explained what every line of our contract meant, line by line. He was always patient with me, he was an excellent resource to my husband, who was a bit more researched in the homebuying process than I was.
