About Paul

I bring fourteen years of experience in real estate, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I provide quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. As a principal in a real estate investment and development group over the past 14 years, I've been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning for a number of real estate projects, and I know how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved in the transaction. My projects have included minor-land subdivisions, urban infill projects, affordable housing, condo and townhouse projects, planned developments, tax credits, residential projects, and the only conservation bank in Santa Cruz County. I have worked with Federal, State, County, and City elected officials on land use planning, planned development, zoning, permitting, conservation law, community involvement, and environmental and ecological assessment. I consult with real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, financial institutions, investors and contractors to verify design studies, plans and cost estimates; this experience makes me effective in studying and evaluating real estate property, raw land and/or rehab for residential or commercial use. My experience developing available market studies with local, state, and federal planning organizations ensures finding the best use for a property. I collaborate with local green building manufacturers and contractors to implemented sustainable building practices in development projects. I co-founded a Silicon Valley engineering and technical career fair, publications, and internet company in 1982 and sold it to a national firm in 2000, since then I’ve been working in real estate. I have lived in the Scotts Valley area for 28 years and enjoy my family, hiking, biking, golf, kayaking and guitar.

Paul is professional and level headed. Paul has an amiable personality. He is considerate, caring and patient. Paul always responded to phone calls. Emails were answered quickly. Paul worked hard to get the work that needed to get done in order to close. We appreciate all Paul did. He is our hero.

Paul is a total BABE!! And a GREAT realtor...

Paul is a total BABE!! And a GREAT realtor!! He sold my condo for top dollar and got me a great price on a wonderful older mobile home with a great yard for the critters. He pulled all this off in less than 2 months. Not only does he rock but rolls too!! Thanks Paul!! U r the best!!

Paul was immediately warm, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I had a particularly difficult time finding a home in my price range that worked for my current life situation and Paul was extremely patient yet persistent. His professional demeanor and integrity are the two best reasons to work with Paul. He stayed positive through the entire search and subsequent escrow period, and he was always available. When I called him, he almost always answered and, if he didn't, he returned my calls immediately. I feel very fortunate to have had Paul as my realtor, and I will recommend him to everyone I know. I absolutely plan on asking Paul to help me again with future home purchases if he's still in the area at that time.
