About Paul

Greetings, thanks for visiting me! I am a born and raised Delawarean with a varied career right here in our state. For eight years, I worked in the Delaware Dept. of State as a historian and, in that role, I traveled all over the state promoting the First State's history and heritage. I have written three books that delve in Delaware's history. I was raised in Wilmington, I live in Newark, I worked in Dover, and I vacation in Rehoboth so I know all of Delaware. I'd be happy to show you the state any time you like! I am a graduate of Brandywine High, University of Delaware, Wilmington University, the University of Massachusetts, and Cornell University's Johnson School of Business. Before joining Patterson-Schwartz, I was a director of a local hospital, a job I enjoyed for nearly a decade. I am excited to help you buy or sell.
