Paul kinda dropped into our lap! After searching and putting in offers (10+) for five months with another realtor, I was encouraged to give him a call. I am very glad I did! He has only been my realtor for about 45 days, and I closed on my new home three days ago! The strategies used by him in the negotiation process are very unique -and those same strategies sealed the deal for us! Another major plus to the process is his teammate (Ms. Jen) who made the escrow and contract process very clear and efficient. They both are very patient and made sure every question I had was answered and I was at ease.
