Paul and his team helped me to purchase my home with such a ease I still can’t believe it. Even though I am living and working in another country the process was as smooth as if i was working locally. We put an offer a a property did inspection and appraisal but had to back out of the contract because the property had some issues that wasn’t disclosed. I was upset and disappointed but Paul always encourages me to stay positive and that I will will find the right property. Two weeks later I identified another property it was a Sunday morning, I called Paul and ask him to check if the property was still available within hours Paul was at the property. I was familiar with the area so Paul video the inside of the property for me to see. I put a contract offer the same day all documents was sent by email to sign within two days I have a signed contract from the seller. Paul and his team organized the inspection and appraisal all documents was sent to my email. After the inspections Paul was able to negotiate with the seller to get me back a total $10,000 towards my closing that was very impressive for me because I was not expecting the seller to contribute that much. Because i was in another country Paul and is team was able to send me the HOA application online to fill out, I send the application fee to Paul and he took time out of his schedule to go make a money order and and drop the application for me at the office approximately half an hour drive away. Because all documents was online, everything was esign and any issues I have i would make a phone call and would always get a prompt response From Paul and his team. Once I received my closing date I booked my flight to Ft. Lauderdale and the following day I signed my closing documents and picked up my Keys. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a property to give Paul a call, you will be impressed with the service they provide. Again, thank you Paul and Jen in the office excellent service.
