Paty and Brian did a great job of helping us purchase our home five years ago that met our needs and then recently helped us sell that home in a very challenging market! Successfully!!!
We bought and sold a home with Paty and credit her for being professional, friendly, smart and willing to go the extra mile whenever necessary. Paty will do her best to make your realty project less stressful and more rewarding. She can be relied upon to make the right decisions at the right time and never leaves her client in the dark. We highly recommend Paty for anyone looking to buy or sell a home with an honest and knowledgeable realty agent.
Highly, highly recommend Paty! She knows the Southern Oregon Valley like no other, to top it off she has patience, interest and a positive attitude that doesn't come off as pushy. She helped my wife and I through our first home purchase and the process didn't feel taxing or overwhelming thanks to Paty. I will recommend her to anyone, specially if you are wanting someone with patience in this market.
