Patty Vergano is the best I have ever had! Very professional, honest, experienced, and will go out of her way to help you the best way she can. You can tell she really cares about her clients. She helped us with selling our house and buying a new house. She explained everything in way that was easy to understand and helped us with all of our questions. She made everything up to closing and at closing on both houses go smooth, she was on top of everything. And she never made us feel uncomfortable. Highly recommend her to anyone!!

She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and puts her clients' needs before her own. Some agents only care about making the sale so that they can make their commission; you'll never have to worry about that with her. She has no problem steering clients away from homes that don't have good resale value or that have risky features that could result in high maintenance costs down the road. She is a genuinely caring person that only wants the best for her clients.
