Well, based on the other reviews - there's not much to add....and it's not at all surprising that there are nothing but 5 stars and glowing words of praise!!! Buying or selling a house is a significant life event and our process certainly had several unexpected twists and turns. I cannot speak more highly of Patty Vergano and Joe Stratton of County Cottage Realty. Their service is outstanding and they both went above and beyond to make our buying process effortless. They have wonderful references to fulfill any contractual needs along the way (mortgages, home inspection, fencing, etc.) and they are both diligent, hard-working and knowledgeable agents. They were both very personable and made us feel like they were working for us, not just for the sale. They were never pushy or demanding, were prompt at addressing any and all of our questions/concerns and were transparent, honest and all-around good people. There were a few minor repairs that needed to be made after closing and Joe offered to help us with whatever needed to be taken care of. He even met us at closing and was just as excited as we were. Buying a new home is a huge venture and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Patty and Joe to handle such a significant task. Not only have they become friends along the way but they helped us find our forever dream home and made the entire process wonderful.
