When negotiating price, I thought the seller's asking price was too high and wanted to go in at a lower bid. Patty did the research to determine what the average acreage selling price was selling for in the area. Due to her efforts,I was able to secure a lower price. If you are going to be spending money, you want someone who readily communicates to you the process and what stage you are in during the buying process. Patty kept me informed and used various means of communication - either thru text, phone, or email. Finally the most notable trait was Patty's attention to detail. When ready to sign the Settlement Statement, Patty caught an error on the Settlement Statement that would have costed me a few more hundreds of dollars.
