When negotiating price, I thought the seller's asking price was too high and wanted to go in at a lower bid. Patty did the research to determine what the average acreage selling price was selling for in the area. Due to her efforts,I was able to secure a lower price. If you are going to be spending money, you want someone who readily communicates to you the process and what stage you are in during the buying process. Patty kept me informed and used various means of communication - either thru text, phone, or email. Finally the most notable trait was Patty's attention to detail. When ready to sign the Settlement Statement, Patty caught an error on the Settlement Statement that would have costed me a few more hundreds of dollars. We moved to KY in 2022. We had sold our house out of state and packed up all our belongings and headed East with our travel trailer. We were going to buy in Eastern TN or London KY. The agent who sold our home for us found Patty in London KY and another agent in TN for us. We contacted both agents and told them what we were looking for. We spent several days with the agent in TN and not one home fit our need. When Patty met us she was well prepared and took us around to see homes that we immediately liked.
