Patty had a real mess with us! LOL! Trying to sell an almost 100 year old house, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and dealing with an estate escrow account. Then we pick a house that also has an estate escrow account! Despite the problems (dealing with 2 estates escrows) Patty was wonderful! She walked us through everything, she recommended people that would come to our home and take the time to sit and explain everything in detail, several times! My husband and I have bought and sold many homes through the years but we had never had to deal with estate escrow! She is brilliant at her job and at the same time, a very caring person! Patty is very knowledgeable about where a property is located, great in comparing to other properties with the same acreage and amenities about the property. Always willing to show the property rain or shine. Truly appreciate the helpfulness of everything she did.
