Easiest Process Experienced Selling a Home
Patty was extremely well researched, prepared and knowlegeble when coming to meet with us to discuss the plan for selling our home. She knew the neighborhood, what other homes were selling for, how to price and show the home for a quick sale. She advised us on presentation, had an amazing photographer who made our home look beautiful and sent out coming to market soon announcements which created interest. We had an open house, and a contract from a buyer offering to pay the list price in 3 days. This was the easiest, least stressful home sale I have ever experienced! Patty is honest, thorough, detailed and a pleasure.
