Patty Kallmyer sold our house. She personally was always available and on short notice when we needed information or guidance. She always knew of the resources we needed. We were downsizing by almost half and wanted our extra furnishings to go to worthwhile charities. Patty found such organizations and ones that would collect goods from throughout the house. Patty had good guidance when we had to make timing, pricing, or strategic decisions. And on top of all that, she and her staff were pleasant and good with which to work.
