Patty and her team did a fantastic job in selling our home. Using due diligence, we interviewed multiple agents and companies and chose Patty because of her knowledgeable experience in marketing properties using traditional methods as well as the internet, social media, etc. Patty's team was very professional and delivered an accurate assessment of market conditions including a detailed analysis of homes in our little gated-community, several of which had been sitting on the market at that point for 6 months and more. So we were able to price our home to SELL and not to SIT. They then delivered all the marketing tools needed with high-quality photography, aerial drone images, etc. But where this team really shines though is thru employing modern marketing strategies that got our home seen by an amazingly large audience. The final result - Our home sold in a very reasonable time period - and those other homes in our development that were for sale when we started, where still sitting on the market when we closed.
