I first met Patty and Chris almost 5 years ago when we needed to sell our house in Rock Creek. It was the first home we were selling and I had no idea what to expect. Patty walked me and my husband through every step of the process (multiple times because I was super pregnant with twins and couldn't retain any info) and little did we know but Patty and Chris would sell our home in less than a week, with multiple offers, and for a price over asking. We were blown away!! So naturally we had to use them to purchase our new home. Remember above me mentioning how I was super pregnant?
