She has an extremely strong knowledge base of real estate financing, as well as Florida laws and statutes relating to real estate. Patty is straight forward and prepares you for all the possible scenarios you may encounter when selling a property in Florida. She was able to explain in layman’s terms what was required from us the seller and also what was going to be required of the buyer. I first met Patty and Chris almost 5 years ago when we needed to sell our house in Rock Creek. It was the first home we were selling and I had no idea what to expect. Patty walked me and my husband through every step of the process (multiple times because I was super pregnant with twins and couldn't retain any info) and little did we know but Patty and Chris would sell our home in less than a week, with multiple offers, and for a price over asking. We were blown away!! So naturally we had to use them to purchase our new home. Remember above me mentioning how I was super pregnant? Well poor Chris ended up showing us over 50 houses—and he did so graciously, with a huge smile on us face at every showing.
