There is no other team that I would have rather had as a part of this personal journey than the Green Realty team. As I entered the “empty nest” phase of my life, It was with mixed feelings that I faced the daunting yet exciting task of selling the home in which my children were raised and downsizing into a new home with all the prospects of the future. Patty and her team encompass the perfect combination of expertise and professionalism with a human touch. They made it happen. From the beginning, Patty was there to help make it a smooth and successful transition. Before I put the house on the market, Patty gave me advice on what to do to make the house more appealing. Her advice was not only manageable, but it produced beautiful results. Chris did his magic and was able to capture those results and market the home accordingly. Patty was excellent in the entire process. She handled the sale of our old home. She came out to our home, took a tour, advised us on how to make it more attractive to buyers, and gave us a list of tips, and a suggested sales price. We followed her advice precisely, and Chris, per husband, came out to take amazing photos of our place which vaulted it to the top of several of the home sale websites (redfin, etc). Our townhouse was very popular, and the listing generated many visits and 2 open houses. Chris quarterbacked the negotiations with the buyer, and we were able to land at an acceptable price. Patty also connected us with her associate Tanya Nilsson, who was outstanding in helping us locate, negotiate, and purchase our new dream home. If you want personalized customer service from genuine people, then look no further. I originally contacted Patty who put me in touch with her buyer's agents (Nicole and Stacey). The first time I met them, I really liked them. However, as I got to know them better - I loved them! I felt like I was shopping for my new home with family and that they had my best interests in mind. From speaking to Patty and her team, they are very selective on the people they hire. Every person that I have dealt with from their office is extremely knowledgeable in their field and just as personable too. Patty and Chris were so incredibly helpful in not only getting our home sold, but they did it just in time to help us buy my "dream" home! They were both in frequent communication with us about the entire process, and Patty so kindly listened to my phone calls/texts that put my anxiety on full display. Their advice was right on the money, literally, in every aspect...from house prep, to asking price, to picking the buyer with the best offer...we were in contract within the week and above asking price! They also made sure the sale would close without complications even though I live across the country. What a relief knowing this professional team had all the details in order. I will also say that Patty delivers the most cheerful and respectful communications I have encountered since I can recall...what a pleasure to hear from her and work with her. Patty and her team are phenomenal and we had nothing short of a perfect experience selling our home with them. We had been selling our home ourselves for about 6 weeks and we’re beginning to get frustrated. We watched as our neighbor listed their house with Patty and sold it within weeks.
