Patty was excellent in the entire process. She handled the sale of our old home. She came out to our home, took a tour, advised us on how to make it more attractive to buyers, and gave us a list of tips, and a suggested sales price. We followed her advice precisely, and Chris, per husband, came out to take amazing photos of our place which vaulted it to the top of several of the home sale websites (redfin, etc).
