After 20 years, we decided to leave south Florida. We met with 6 different realtor companies before we decided on Green Realty. It was an awesome experience to say the least! Chris came to the house and took STELLAR photos, when we were a live listing a few days later, we had a line of people to view our home. It was great to view the footage from our security cameras as people were lined up outside to get their turn to do a walk through. I think their strategy doing this created a sort of “feeding frenzy” as people could see that others were interested in the home. My husband and I literally could not have had a better experience in selling our home then we did with Patty and her team (Chris and Devin). We met with Devin on a Monday and signed on with them, Chris came out to take pictures 2 days later on Wednesday, we had our first open house that Saturday and we had an offer the following Thursday.
