We had Patti walk through our home to make suggestions to improving the selling and marketing of our home. We followed through on those suggestions. As everyone is surely aware, this is a difficult market right now. From the point of listing (March) to closing (August) we easily had over 100 individuals come through the property. We received regular e-mail comments form Patti regarding feedback and input. Patti brought us three offers and at the end we had two competing offers that allowed us to actually increase the selling price by several thousand dollars as the potential buyers increased their offer. Wow! this is a buyer's market, but we believe because of Patti's aggressive marketing and management of our interests, she assisted us considerably.
