We had to do quite a bit of work on our house to get it ready to sell. Patti Syme came out to look at the house. She gave us suggestions, we did a lot of work and had Patti look at the house again. She said if we did more work we would get a better price. So we went back to work. We had Patti out again and she was happy with what we had done and said the house was ready to list. A few days later she had her fantastic photographer out to take pictures. After listing we had an offer in four days. Wow, so impressed with Syme Real Estate. Patti was a gem and always there for each step in getting the house to closing. Patti is so helpful and professional.
