A friend referred us to Patti and she was everything our friend said and more. We had an initial discussion with Patti about what we were looking for and some houses we had seen online at the typical websites. Since we were on the other side of the country Patti went to numerous properties and walked through the with us on FaceTime. Not the standard way to view houses, but this is 2025 and we were trying to narrow down our options to squeeze in a quick trip to make the choice and place an offer. Due to work the trip fell through at the last minute, so Patti took friends of ours that live in the area to view the properties. I'm not sure how many realtors would do that but, again, our options were running out and time was getting short. We made an offer and went through everything in the purchasing process from 2000+ miles away with Patti getting the inspection, roofer, septic, window and others scheduled and meeting them at the property. Patti also kept close tabs on us through the process and our journey across the country. When we had to call Patti and tell her we were delayed in route, and needed to move the closing back, due to a blown tire her first words were to make sure we were safe and our vehicles weren't damaged! Even with all the hurdles and delays everything went through only 1 day late, we got the house we wanted and through Patti's use of FaceTime and some other apps made a trying time much, much easier and less stressful. Patti earned our complete trust, she is tenacious, open and honest and definitely gives 100+%!
