She kept other agents honest and asked question after question to ensure we had the best possible information about each property we considered. Her professionalism made the entire process much more manageable. She knows the Treasure Valley well. Her relationships throughout the area made it much easier to deal with some of the predictable things that come up when buying a home. For example, she provided a list of possible home inspectors, and after we requested estimates, we had an appointment within three days. The inspector identified several issues that allowed us to submit a revised offer in recognition of those needed repairs, which the buyer accepted. She continues to be a resource even after the deal closed, and she's my first choice to work with in the future. I happily recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor.
