The property sold did not have a lot of comparables. Patti went out of her way to get market comps, worked with other professionals to get a price for the property. She was helpful in avoiding bad offers although she did present them for consideration. Patti is very knowledgeable different financing options. I would not hesitate to use her professionalism in the future. All in all this was a good experience!
