I would like to share an experience I had with a real estate agent named Patti Koedatich. She is affiliated with Illustrated Properties (Cell: 917-922-9449). She came highly recommended and so we gave her the listing to sell our home. It was in the community of Vitalia, located in the Tradition Area of Port St. Lucie, FL. We were under contract with GL Homes to build a new home in their nearby community called Valencia Cay. My husband and I have been involved in many real estate transactions over the past years. I must say, she is by far the best realtor we have ever dealt with. Our experience has been that many, not all, realtors only want to get listings and will not put the effort involved into getting your home sold. If different realtor sells the home, the listing agent still gets part of the commission without putting in the work. These same realtors suggest listing your home at a very high price in order to get your business. This is only a ploy. When there have been no takers, they then suggest you lower your price. Instead, Patti Koedatich suggested we get an appraisal so that a realistic price could be set. Besides fulfilling her fiduciary responsibility to us as a realtor, she was extremely helpful in resolving the other stressful aspects of moving and in getting situated in our newly-built home. She didn't have to do this. She always accepted my phone calls and/or returned my calls promptly if I had to leave a message. She was always there when I needed her. She stayed on top of everything. She also happens to be a very nice and caring individual.

Patti was warm and welcoming from day #1. She made every effort to coordinate and consolidate home viewings that best fit our busy schedule. She listened to our wishes and was never pushy. She knows practically everyone and got us the information we needed as well as answers to our unending questions. Patti is definitely a wealth of knowledge!

Patti has been a very dedicated realtor to us. Our previous realtor recommended her to us, we were fortunate to have her as our new realtor in the area of Boynton. From the beginning Patti took good care of us, she sent us information the minute she learned about our interests; literally, it took her only minutes to give us feedback. We were not so sure what we wanted and changed constantly, Patti was very patient with us, always gave us excellent advice, keep us on track with the process of buying a condominium, also, she offered excellent advice when we got into a panic mood. One of the most important things Patti offered us, is her skills to negotiate, she is excellent! We got an excellent deal, thanks to her. Patti has excellent social skills, this ability helped us to find out about things that might not be listed in the web, and she would find ways to answer any question you might have about a property. We visited many properties in the search of our home, every time we have a question she will get on the phone and find the answer right away, again, it took her only minutes to answer our questions. Patti has become our friend due to the advice she gave us and the time she spent with us during this process, we are generally in touch and very grateful of her friendship. Her skills as a realtor are excellent, her social skills are very helpful and her response to questions and problems is unbeatable, we were very lucky to meet Patti in the search of our home. I will recommend Patti to everyone without any hesitations she is excellent.

Patti goes the extra mile. She helped us right through the end. She is very respectful and never quits. She is upbeat, does her homework, and most importantly listens.

Patti was very attentive, knew the market, and was quick to provide an abundance of information on anything that even slightly interested us! She was extremely helpful every step of the transaction,... and will do everything in her power to be sure the client is taken care of and happy! We switched from another agent because Patti really listened to us,... and actually helped find just what we were looking for! She absolutely has every base covered! She truly cares and looks out for HER clients! Very comforting to have her in your corner!

Patti is terrific to work with! She is honest, patient and always has your best interest in mind. She successfully contacted other agents in multiple states to conduct virtual tours of my home with the intent on finding a buyer. She is extremely professional and is a good listener. She displayed her knowledge of the real estate world as she guided us toward making the right home choice. Patti was there for us from the beginning to closing. She made one of the biggest moves in our life a pleasant experience. Now, we have a new home and a new friend! Patti Koedatich is an asset to Illustrated Properties!

Patti helped us find our "unicorn". We had a very good idea of what we wanted, which we all know can be good and bad. Regardless, she remained focused on finding us just what we wanted and went the extra mile to make sure the deal happened. We just closed and are excited about moving in very soon.
